The Events Associate role is a great entry level role into the wedding industry where you will be coordinating the execution and operations required for actual day weddings and/or celebrations including but not limited to proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in start of month review of event line-up and operations for event preparations

• Oversee styled shoots and actual day event executions

• Liaise with event partners (florist, photographer, balloons, venue, etc) to coordinate for actual day setup

• Assist in event setups and teardowns

• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Basic Qualifications :

• Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Business/Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent

• Minimum of 1-3 years operations experience required, preferably in events/florals industry

• Able to work wedding weekends with 2 weekdays off

• Passion for creative work and event industry

The E-commerce Internship is a great entry level role into the wedding industry where you will be coordinating the execution and operations required for our online retail of wedding keepsakes, floral and decoration products, wedding related workshops.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in monthly planning of product sourcing, line-up and operations for product photoshoot & moodboarding

• Oversee photoshoots and coordination on logistics required

• Liaise with Marketing to coordinate for New collection launch

• Assist in Shopify Product management & Listing optimisation

• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Basic Qualifications :

• Diploma in Marketing/Business/Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent

• Passion for creative work and event industry

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
